Return Policy:

We do not take returns on opened and used products. We provide guests with testers and samples and assist each customer with selecting the proper item, therefore we do not take returns. Unlike the department stores with 800% mark-up and the ability to send back products to large multi million dollar companies whom they send those returns to and receive reimbursement, we make our own products in store and develop products with manufacturer products .

 

Exchange Policy:

With your receipt, and within 7 days of purchase we will honor an exchange of an opened and unused product or issue credit.

 

Recycle Incentive Program:

We believe in reusing and recyling and do our best to be a socially conscious and green company. Bring back our  custom blend powder, foundation, or lipstick container for $2 off your refill.

 

Makeup Artist Reseller Program:

We have a great program for working makeup artists who enjoy our handcrafted product line. They are able to earn points with purchases and receive a wholesale price and resell to their clients. We also work with artists to help create their own colors for their kits. Makeup artists can increase their profits by selling the products they use on clients instead of sending them to a department store.

Chamak Star Search Model Program

Do you think you are a star? Here's your shining moment. You can apply to be a model for Chamak. Sign up to be considered for our modeling program. We continuousy need models for our Chamak Makeup Academy, internship practice days: Makeover Mondays, our product shots and videos, and new looks for our makeup/hair/photography portfolio

- you must be reliable and on-time, those under 17 must  have written consent from parents

- email us a few recent photographs at chamakmakeup@gmail.com

- have relatively good skin, healthy hair and weight 

- sign a model waiver form releasing photographic rights to Chamak & The Transformation Studio (our wellness center, where we do professional portrait photography, spa services,wellness and a lot more)

- models may receive a makeup, hair & photoshoot,  professionally edited digital images (if used for  photo shoot) worth $400, may receive between $25-$100 credit towards Chamak products (if used for makeup school days) or a chance to be featured in a Chamak commercial, printed ad and/instore or in store/website  product launch.
