CLIENT REQUIREMENT:  Client is asked to come with completely dry hair that does not have any conditioning or smoothing products as that interferes with hold and texture when styling hair, additional charges will be included if stylists have to dry hair prior to styling 

 

TRAVEL: We are happy to travel to you and travel nationwide, our travel rate starts at $25 within Sugar Land and is  $1 per mile within the greater Houston area, out of state travel rate is different since airtravel would be required. This is the rate per artist. When our team is booked off location we are not able to cater to more clients at the studio which we would have been able to, therefore there is a certain loss of revenue which therefore is accounted for in the travel charge.

 

LATE CHARGES/ WAIT TIME: When we are booked for services we arrive precisely at the time written on the contract, we charge $1 a minute per artist for late charges if the client is not present or is not ready for services.  This charge also applies if we are waiting on a group member who is not ready to be taken care of.  If we are booked for service packages where our clients need for us to wait on premises between aptmts our wait time charge is $1 a minute per artist. 

 

HOLIDAY/ADDITIONAL RATES: An additional $50 is charged for makeup bookings on

major holidays such as Thanksgiving Day, Chrismas Day, New Years per artist. Bookings that are before 8am or after 9pm have an additional $50 charge or more based on # of artists required. Bookings which are between 4-6am and after 12am are an additional $100  or more based on # of artists, in addition to services.

 

PRODUCTS USED: We carry and sell professional,  high performance haircare including Morrocan Oil, Kenra, Sebastian & in house Chamak organic products
